The device also acts as a wireless router allowing multiple users to connect simultaneously and provides complete security by using 802.1X (WPA Enterprise) encryption, so all data is kept completely secure and private.

The device also allows computers (like desktops) that do not have Wi-Fi capability to use the Pacifica Net network via Ethernet cable, which is included.

All residential and business customers receive a FREE Hot Spot account for roaming around town with a laptop or iPhone.  The public network is named PacificaNet and is an open and unencrypted network. We strongly suggest that you take security measures like using a VPN or JiWire SpotLock.
