Basic service costs $9.95 per month (receiving unit rental is included in the price) and provides broadband speeds up to 5X faster than normal dial up service.  There is an initial one-time charge of $19.95 for set up and shipping. This service is perfect for people who want an upgrade from Dial Up and only need service at home.

The Receiving Device: Your receiving device is mailed from Half Moon Bay and should be there in no more than two business days. It is used for a few reasons:

• Power: Creates a stronger, more reliable connection to the network.
• Security: Provides 802.1x WPA - Enterprise level encryption to keep your data completely safe.
• Indoor Wi-Fi: Can also be used as a wireless access point.

There are NO contracts or cancellation penalties and we do offer a trial period of 30 days. If we are unable to make the service work to your satisfaction, we will refund all charges after the equipment is returned in good, working condition with all accessories and packaging to our distribution center in Half Moon Bay, CA.
